I need to hire an UXO expert as a consultant. The consultant must not currently be in the armed forces, but must have worked with and be familar with AR 385-64, risk assesment and safety explosive programs. I would need anyone who may be interested to provide me with some evidence of their expertise. Payment will be hourly and an initial retainer will be negotiated.
