My question is what organization funded this website? Secondly, what is the intent of this website?
In response to your question. The site was privately funded. It started out as a way to organize UXO data files and it grew from there. The intent of the site is to be the number one source on the web for UXO news and information with revenue from advertisers covering the cost of running the site.
